If I could give less than one star, I surely would...the customer service is just dreadful (if you can even call it that)! I ordered a gift for my kiddo's first birthday three weeks in advance, and they told me to expect it in five business days. Well, five days before the big day, and I still haven't heard a peep—no updates, no shipping notice, nada! I requested a refund, but that was totally ignored. I had to escalate it through PayPal; all I want is my cash back so I can buy it from another place!

What a mess! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

What a fantastic shopping experience! The store is beautifully arranged and had exactly what I needed in terms of prams, especially since there aren’t many places like this around. We didn’t set up an appointment, but even on a busy Sunday, we were treated exceptionally well! Bobby, the owner, was super helpful and really knew his stuff about the brands. We ended up with a stunning Silver Cross Ex Display model at a price that I wouldn’t have found anywhere else! They even helped us load it into the car. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I’m definitely going to recommend Newbie and Me to my friends and family. Thanks a ton for your assistance; you made this lady very happy! I just had my first visit to the Newbie and Me shop in Birmingham, and let me tell you, it was fantastic right from the get-go! Aneesha was super friendly and made us feel right at home. She quickly figured out the pushchair travel systems I needed and gave us all the details, plus a demo on how to use the entire setup. She also showed us different colors and went over the finance options, which was really helpful. We’re definitely planning to come back!

Today, we grabbed our Joie travel system from the Leeds shop, and we couldn't be happier! Back in November, Sara assisted us in choosing the system, and she was there again today to help us collect it, install it in the car, and show us how to use it once more. Sara is just wonderful and truly an asset to the store. Big thanks for the awesome service!

Aneesha was super helpful in getting us our first travel system. She explained everything clearly to us.

We swung by the Shirley location bright and early on Saturday, and Hannah, the sales rep, was super helpful. We had a specific pushchair in mind and were mostly set on our choice, but we wanted to check out a few other possibilities. To cut a long story short, we decided to put down a deposit. We were really pleased with the help Hannah provided and the thoroughness of our questions, so we scheduled an appointment for the following day to take a proper look since we were a bit pressed for time.

Nikita was fantastic during our shopping trip and she was spot on in helping us choose an all-terrain running stroller. She had all the details we were after and was super informed about the car seats we were picking out as well. She provided us with info but also let us have our own discussions about choices, no pressure sales which we really appreciated!

Megan was a great support when we were picking out our first pram and travel system. She really knew her stuff and went above and beyond for us. We’ll definitely return for our nursery furniture soon!

As first-time parents, we checked out the newbie & me store in Telford and felt a bit dazed. Emily was amazing, showing us the various travel systems and guiding us to choose the one we wanted to buy. We picked our system and came back a couple of months later to grab it. Recently, we swung by again to get our nursery furniture, and once more, Emily was there to assist us and field all our queries. We can't wait to pick up the furniture in a few weeks!
